Fumiyo was originally qualified as a therapist in Swedish massage, Reflexology and Indian Head massage in 2002. Having discovered her home away from home, Esalen Institute in California, she has rekindled her passion for bodywork as a gateway to deeper understanding and healing of our being.

Her Esalen massage combines long, slow, wave-like strokes with some deep tissue techniques, inviting the body to open and the mind to unwind. It is a deep, relaxing and profound experience. She holds a safe space for you to unfold, and find the stillness within.
