1. May I request a particular therapist?
Yes, we understand that massage is very personal treatment and you have to be 'connected' to receive the full benefits of the treatment. You can always request for particular therapist, just in case the therapist you requested is not able to visit you we would always notify you with as much notice as possible and would recommend someone else with similar qualifications.

2. How much notice do you need to make an appointment? / How soon could your therapists visit me?
Generally we are able to accommodate requests on a very short notice. Our therapists are able to reach you in 30-45 minutes if you are located in Central London or TFL travel zones 1 and 2. If you are outside travel zone 3, please allow us at least 1 hour. Our therapists travel from different locations across London. Most likely there is one who is close to your area and available to visit you on a short notice. We have therapists based in Central London, North, East, West and South.

3. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand life can be hectic sometimes... Yes, you may cancel the appointment, we do not charge any fees for cancellations. The only thing that we ask, if you have to cancell your appointment, please value the time of our therapists and give us as much notice as possible.

4. Are your therapists qualified and experienced?
Yes, all of our therapists have at least one official certificate in a certain massage style, most of our therapists have physiotherapy degrees and years of experience in luxury salons, spas and chiropractic clinics. Some of our therapists have more than 10 years of experience and are truly the best in their field. Please, visit ''Our Therapists'' section to see the individual profile of each therapist.

5. Do I need to provide anything?
Therapists bring the massage oils with them, you would only have to provide towels. The massage can be done either on the bed or on the floor. Please note, not all our therapists bring a massage table with them, if you absolutely require someone with a massage table, notify us at the time of the booking.(Return to top)
6. What types of oils do your therapists use?
Our therapists use only natural massage oils. They use either almond or grapeseed oils. Oils are either base(without fragrance) or blended with various aromas. Please, let your therapist now if you have any allergies.(Return to top)
7. How do I pay for the service? Do you accept credit cards?
You pay directly to the therapist after the treatment. Currently we do not accept credit cards or checks. Cash only please. If you would like to prepay for your session, you could do so by direct bank transfer.(Return to top)
8. Can I be naked during the massage?
Yes, you may be naked during the massage. Your intimate parts would be covered with the towel though.(Return to top)
9. What will your therapist wear during the massage?
Our therapists do not have a special dress code, it is up to the therapist what she would wear during the treatment. Normally they are wearing a T-shirt and trousers.(Return to top)
10. Do your therapists provide any sexual services?
NO. We are professional massage service only, not an escort agency.(Return to top)
11. Can I touch the masseuses?
Our massage service is a one-way treatment. You are supposed to stay passive and relaxed. Do not make indecent proposals. Let go and enjoy every touch. You will be totally relaxed.(Return to top)
12. Could I visit you? Do you have an incall location?
We specialise on mobile service, if you would like to visit one of our therapists, you could do so as well. We have a location in East London it is a private studio, about 5 min walk from Leyton (Central line, zone 3) tube station.(Return to top)
13. Do your therapists bring massage table with them?
As the vast majority of our therapists are using public transport, they are not always able to bring a massage table with them. If you absolutely require a therapist with a massage table, please, let us know at the time of booking. Some therapists bring the massage mats, they are suitable for Thai or Shiatsu treatments.(Return to top)

15. I live outside London/M25 area, would your therapists be able to visit me?
Yes, our therapists could visit you outside London as well, as long as you agree to reimburse the therapist for return train ticket from Central London and cover any other additional transportation expenses involved.(Return to top)
16. Are there any traveling charges?
There are no travelling charges if you live in Central London or TFL travel zones 2 and 3. If you are outside the specified area, extra travelling charges would apply: £5 charge would apply for zone 4, £8 charge for zone 5, £10 for travel zone 6.

17. When does the time of the massage starts?
We count the time from the beginning of the massage session. If you make the booking for 90min session, you will receive full 90minutes of hands on massage.(Return to top)
18. I would like to split the session with my wife/partner/husband, can I do that and would the charge be the same?
Yes, you may split the session. You will not be charged anything extra, only for the therapist time that you book.
